What hours are inquiries handled?
We’re available Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 (CET). Inquiries received outside those hours or on weekends are handled the next business day. Average response to a clear message is under 24 business hours.
Can I write in if I’m interested in a Cyber Due Diligence M&A report?
Yes. Cyber DD M&A operations are handled through the same inbox. If you want access to your first free report (a validation offer), you can request it directly from /solicitar-informe-cyber-dd/; a team member qualifies the deal within 24 business hours. If you’d rather order directly, email support with the target, timeline and context of the deal.
How do I request an invoice with my company’s tax details?
After ordering a plan or a one-off purchase, email support with: company name, tax ID, full billing address, contact person and order reference. The invoice is issued with VAT and sent as a PDF by email. Standard procedure for agencies, consultancies, PE/VC funds, family offices and any B2B client needing an accounting document.
Does IntelMind offer support for API integrations or advanced technical use?
Right now the platform operates via the web interface, and all deliverables are downloadable signed PDFs. A public API is planned for Q4 2026. If your case needs early technical integration or a high volume of analyses, email us describing the scenario and we’ll consider a custom arrangement with direct team support.
Where should I check first before opening a ticket?

How do I exercise my GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability)?
You have two options: manage your rights from your own account at my data, or email soporte@intelmind.io with «GDPR» in the subject line, stating which right you want to exercise. The response follows the GDPR legal timeframe (up to 30 days, usually under 7 business days). More details in the privacy policy.
