B2B OSINT platform with digital chain of custody
We centralize professional OSINT intelligence with two independent products and RFC 3161 custody. A company incubated at INCIBE Emprende.
IntelMind is a Spanish B2B SaaS platform offering two distinct products with a digital chain of custody: a suite of 6 OSINT tools (email, IP, domain, phone, social media and forensic image) for SOC teams, investigative journalism, private investigators and anti-fraud/KYC; and Cyber Due Diligence for M&A, an automated report exclusively for company acquisition deals. Every deliverable is signed with a SHA-256 hash and an RFC 3161 timestamp issued by FreeTSA — valid as electronic evidence, regulatory evidence, or an SPA annex.
Our two products
Two independent business models for two different needs. Both with the same guarantee: documentary chain of custody.
6 OSINT tools
On-demand analysis under a monthly subscription: email, IP, domain, phone, social media and forensic image. A signed PDF with chain of custody for every analysis.
Cyber Due Diligence for M&A
Automated cyber-risk report for acquisition deals. 10 auditable KRIs in under 5 minutes, outside-in, attachable to the SPA or as support for W&I cover.
Why B2B professionals choose us
Digital chain of custody
Every PDF includes a SHA-256 hash, an RFC 3161 timestamp issued by FreeTSA, and a public verification URL. Defensible electronic evidence before a judge, regulator or auditor.
Built for non-technical professionals
No command line, no complex open-source tooling. The interface and executive summaries are designed so lawyers, journalists and compliance teams can make decisions without technical training.
Incubated at INCIBE
Part of the INCIBE Emprende program run by Spain’s National Cybersecurity Institute, an initiative funded by the European Union — NextGenerationEU.

Who’s behind it
Rubén Jiménez Ormad — Founder
I’m building IntelMind with a clear goal: bring professional OSINT intelligence to law firms, newsrooms, funds and SOC teams, with no technical barriers and real legal traceability. Every report is signed with a digital chain of custody so it can be presented as evidence before a judge, regulator or investment committee. If you want to know the story behind it or talk about any idea, I’m on LinkedIn.

Frequently asked questions about IntelMind
What exactly is IntelMind and who is it for?
IntelMind is a B2B OSINT intelligence SaaS platform with two independent products: a suite of 6 analysis tools (email, IP, domain, phone, social media and forensic image) and an exclusive Cyber Due Diligence for M&A report.
The suite is built for SOC and CSIRT teams, private investigators, investigative journalists and anti-fraud/KYC teams. The Cyber DD report is aimed exclusively at PE/VC funds, family offices and M&A boutiques evaluating company acquisitions.
Where is IntelMind based, and since when has it operated?
IntelMind is a Spanish company founded in 2025, with international reach through the online platform itself. It’s part of the INCIBE Emprende Program run by Spain’s National Cybersecurity Institute — an official incubation program backed by the Spanish Government and funded by the European Union (NextGenerationEU).
Who is the founder, and what responsibility do they take on?
Rubén Jiménez Ormad is the founder. He leads product, engineering and customer support. Every report delivered is signed with a digital chain of custody and traced on proprietary infrastructure — the commitment is direct: if a client needs to defend a report before a judge, regulator or investment committee, IntelMind provides the technical traceability behind it.
You can reach out directly via LinkedIn or the contact form.
What does the RFC 3161 timestamp on every IntelMind report guarantee?
The RFC 3161 timestamp certifies, before an independent third party (the FreeTSA time authority), that the PDF’s content existed exactly at that instant and hasn’t been modified since. Every report includes:
· A SHA-256 hash of the generated document
· An RFC 3161 timestamp issued by the FreeTSA authority
· A public, independent verification URL
This chain of custody is what turns the PDF into defensible electronic evidence before a judge, regulator, auditor or investment committee. It’s not a cosmetic add-on: it’s the difference between a downloadable report and a deliverable with evidentiary value.
What does «incubated at INCIBE Emprende» mean?
INCIBE Emprende is the official incubation program of Spain’s National Cybersecurity Institute, under the Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Civil Service. The program selects cybersecurity startups and provides them with technical support, mentorship, infrastructure and access to a network of institutional and corporate partners.
IntelMind is part of the program, carrying the Ciberemprende seal visible in the footer. Selection by INCIBE is a credibility signal for B2B clients: legal teams, compliance officers and investment committees recognize Spain’s institutional backing in cybersecurity.
How is IntelMind different from a conventional email verifier or reverse lookup?
The difference is structural, not just feature-based:
· Cross-source correlation: IntelMind cross-checks dozens of OSINT sources per analysis and delivers a single verdict, not a dump of loose data points.
· AI-generated executive summary: every report includes an AI-interpreted analysis built for non-technical profiles (lawyers, journalists, compliance), not raw field listings.
· Legal chain of custody: every PDF carries a SHA-256 hash + RFC 3161 timestamp. Conventional verifiers deliver data with no evidentiary value.
· B2B product with SLA: direct team support, not community forums, not contract-free APIs.
In short: an email verifier tells you whether an address exists. IntelMind tells you what risk you take by trusting that address — and signs that conclusion so you can defend it.
