1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern access, browsing, registration, use, and where applicable, the contracting of the services offered by IntelMind through the website https://intelmind.io and its associated modules, tools, and functionality.

3. Acceptance of terms

Accessing or using IntelMind implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with them, you must refrain from using the platform.

Access to certain tools or functionality may require creating an account. The user agrees to provide truthful, up-to-date and complete information during registration, and to keep their access credentials confidential.

The user is responsible for all activity carried out from their account, except where unauthorized use beyond their control can be proven.

5. Service description

IntelMind offers tools focused on OSINT, cyber intelligence, and technical analysis, which may include query modules, data processing, professional summaries, report exports, and other related functionality.

The owner may modify, expand, limit, suspend, or withdraw specific functionality when necessary for technical, security, operational, legal, or business reasons.

6. Plans, credits and access

Some functionality may be subject to plans, usage limits, credit balances, or specific access conditions.

• Credit consumption, where applicable, is charged according to the cost shown for each tool.
• The credits, plans, or limits shown on the platform may vary depending on the subscribed plan.
• Access to certain features may be restricted if there is insufficient balance or the plan does not include them.
• The owner may update pricing, limits, or commercial features at any time.

7. Permitted use

The user agrees to use IntelMind lawfully, responsibly, and in good faith, avoiding any use contrary to the law or that could harm third parties, the platform itself, or its technical infrastructure.

The following, among others, is not permitted:

• Using the platform for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempting to access systems, accounts, services, or data belonging to others without authorization.
• Automating access or queries in an abusive way that harms the stability of the service.
• Reusing, reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting the service without express authorization.
• Introducing malware, malicious code, or carrying out destructive tests on the platform.

8. Limitations and availability

IntelMind is provided «as is» and subject to technical availability at any given time. The owner does not guarantee permanent availability, complete absence of errors, or uninterrupted continuity of the service.

Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical incidents, security measures, provider changes, or causes beyond the owner’s control.

9. Intellectual and industrial property

All elements of IntelMind, including software, design, structure, text, trademarks, logos, interfaces, and content, are owned by the owner or used with authorization.

Reproduction, distribution, transformation, reverse engineering, mass extraction, or any other unauthorized form of exploitation is prohibited, unless expressly permitted by law.

10. Content, results, and user responsibility

The results generated by IntelMind are informational and technical in nature, intended to support analysis. The user is solely responsible for how they interpret, use, or act upon the results obtained.

IntelMind does not guarantee that all information shown is complete, accurate, up to date, or suitable for a specific purpose, especially when it depends on external sources, third-party services, or variable public signals.

11. Account suspension or cancellation

The owner may limit, suspend, or cancel a user’s access, temporarily or permanently, upon detecting breaches of these terms, abusive use, security risks, fraud, non-payment, or any conduct that could harm the platform or third parties.

12. Pricing, payments and billing

Where paid services exist, their prices will be shown on the platform or on the relevant commercial pages. The user accepts that amounts, features, and payment methods may be updated by the owner.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, payments made will carry the consideration and scope described at the time of contracting the corresponding plan, service, or credit package.

13. Withdrawal and refunds

If the user has the status of a consumer, certain legal rights may apply under current consumer protection regulations.

For digital services, immediate activations, consumption already carried out, or credits used, the right of withdrawal may be limited or extinguished in the cases legally provided for.
