Is IntelMind valid as KYC verification on its own?
No. KYC verification in its regulatory sense (biometric IDV, official document check, liveness proof) requires a specialized provider such as Onfido, Veriff or Jumio. IntelMind provides a complementary OSINT layer that reinforces that verification with digital-context signals the IDV doesn’t see.
Is it GDPR-compliant?
Yes. We work exclusively with public sources and on-demand lookups orchestrated by the data controller. The user running a search assumes the applicable legal basis (legitimate interest in KYC/fraud prevention, regulatory compliance). Reports include traceability of the sources used.
How does it fit into my onboarding pipeline?
Today, via the web interface: an operator runs a manual or batch-automated search. A REST API is on the roadmap for native integration into IDV and SIEM pipelines. If you’d like early access, reach out to the team.
Does it also work for AML and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)?
As a complementary layer, yes: it adds digital footprint, presence in leaks, public links to other entities and online reputation. It doesn’t replace regulatory sanctions/PEP lists, which remain necessary.
Is there a monthly search limit?
