Cookies for the anonymous phone number lookup flow
The «Who’s calling me from this number?» service (available at /en/phone-lookup/ without registration) uses the following strictly necessary cookies to run the search → blurred preview → optional payment → report delivery flow.
- im_phone_token — links the free lookup with your subsequent payment. Duration: 6 hours. Technical (Spanish LSSI art. 22.2).
- im_phone_email — pre-fills the email field at checkout if you entered it in the modal. Duration: 6 hours. Technical.
- wp_woocommerce_session_* — WooCommerce session used to manage the cart. Duration: 48 hours. Technical.
- woocommerce_cart_hash · woocommerce_items_in_cart — cart state during the purchase. Duration: session. Technical.
- Technical nature: these are cookies strictly necessary to provide the requested service. Under Spanish LSSI art. 22.2 and Opinion 2/2010 of the Article 29 Working Party, they are exempt from the prior-consent requirement.
- Automatic expiry: the im_phone_* cookies expire after 6 hours. The cart is emptied if you abandon the purchase flow and navigate to another page.
- Manual deletion: you can delete them from your browser settings at any time.
- Support: if you delete im_phone_token mid-flow, email soporte@intelmind.io with your order number and we will deliver the report manually.
