Frequently asked questions about plans
What does the free Demo Plan include?
30 credits for 14 days plus your first search free (doesn’t use demo credits). Access to the 4 basic tools: email, IP, phone and domain analysis. Premium tools (social media and forensic image) unlock from the Analista plan (€29/mo). No credit card required.
How do the monthly B2B plans work?
Each OSINT B2B plan assigns a credit allowance at the start of the month, renewed every billing cycle. The price per credit decreases as you move up plans (€0.39 Analista, €0.32 Profesional, €0.28 Firma, €0.25 Corporativo). Right now the subscription is ordered manually each month with no auto-renewal: you’ll get a reminder email 3 days before your plan expires. Built for professionals who work with public data on a recurring basis: SOC and CSIRT teams, certified private investigators, investigative journalists, anti-fraud and KYC.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-month?
Each plan has a specific top-up pack available from the user dashboard. Mini (50 cr / €19) for Analista, Plus (150 cr / €49) for Profesional, Boost (400 cr / €109) for Firma, and Mega (1,200 cr / €299) for Corporativo. If you need this regularly, upgrading your plan is usually more efficient: the price per credit drops as you go up.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. When your current plan expires, or whenever you prefer, you order whichever plan best fits your volume. No commitment, no penalty for changes.
What’s the price per analysis on each plan?
Email: €1.95 Analista, €1.60 Profesional, €1.40 Firma, €1.25 Corporativo. IP: €3.12 / €2.56 / €2.24 / €2.00. Phone: €2.73 / €2.24 / €1.96 / €1.75. Domain: €4.68 / €3.84 / €3.36 / €3.00. Social media: €7.80 / €6.40 / €5.60 / €5.00. Forensic image: €11.70 / €9.60 / €8.40 / €7.50. Higher volume, lower cost per analysis.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. After payment you receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you need an invoice with specific tax details (company tax ID, legal name), you can request it by writing to us from the contact page.
What plan do you recommend for a solo private investigator?
For a certified private investigator operating solo, the recommended plan is Profesional (€79/mo with 250 credits). It covers roughly 30 OSINT analyses a month across all tools — enough for a mid-sized caseload. The plan includes a signed PDF with chain of custody for delivery to the end client, which justifies the price against individual OSINT APIs with no legal traceability.
What plan do you recommend for a 10-person investigation agency or SOC?
For an investigation agency, newsroom, or SOC team of 5-15 people, the recommended plan is Firma (€199/mo with 700 credits), covering around 85 monthly analyses — enough for counterparty verification, IOC triage, source cross-checking and key-personnel exposure. If volume spikes during a given week, the Boost top-up pack (€109 for 400 extra credits) covers the peak without upgrading plans.
What kind of professionals is this built for?
For B2B professionals who produce reports with documentary traceability: SOC and CSIRT teams, certified private investigators (in Spain, under Law 5/2014), investigative journalists and fact-checkers, anti-fraud/KYC teams at fintechs and private banks, and professionals running M&A due diligence via Cyber DD. IntelMind’s reports are delivered as a signed PDF with RFC 3161 custody, valid for presentation before a judge, an investment committee, a regulator or an auditor. It is NOT intended for recreational use, personal surveillance, or curiosity.
What do the monthly plans include (Analista, Profesional, Firma, Corporativo)?
Full access to the 6 OSINT tools (email, IP, phone, domain, social media and forensic image), a structured professional summary, contextual chat about each analysis, signed PDF export with chain of custody (SHA-256 hash + RFC 3161 timestamp issued by FreeTSA + public verification URL), search history, and cross-tool integration. The free Demo Plan includes only 4 tools (email, IP, phone and domain); forensic image and social media require a monthly plan.
Do the SaaS plans include Cyber Due Diligence M&A?
No. The 6-tool SaaS suite and Cyber DD M&A are two independent products with different pricing models. The monthly plans (Analista through Corporativo) cover exclusively the 6 OSINT tools for on-demand analysis in SOC, journalism, investigation, anti-fraud and KYC. Cyber DD M&A is ordered separately, per dossier, at €390, and is aimed exclusively at company-acquisition deals (PE/VC funds, M&A boutiques, law firms). You don’t need a SaaS plan to order a Cyber DD. See Cyber DD M&A.
How to choose the right plan
Realistic professional volume
The Analista plan (€29/mo with 75 credits) covers the typical flow of a freelance OSINT investigator or journalist doing ~9 mixed analyses a month. The Profesional plan (€79 with 250 credits) is calibrated for investigation firms of 1-3 people running ~30 monthly analyses. Firma (€199 with 700 credits) covers investigation firms, newsrooms and agencies of 5-15 professionals with ~85 monthly analyses. Corporativo (€499 with 2,000 credits) is designed for private banking, compliance consultancies and small SOCs with intensive use of ~250 analyses a month.
Decreasing price per credit
OSINT B2B plans have a decreasing price per credit as you move up: €0.39/cr on Analista, €0.32/cr on Profesional, €0.28/cr on Firma and €0.25/cr on Corporativo. This rewards recurring use and lets larger teams amortize the cost. If your real volume sits between two plans, the higher plan is usually more efficient than paying for top-up packs.
The PDF custody as differentiator
Unlike any individual API, IntelMind’s OSINT B2B plans deliver every analysis as a signed PDF with RFC 3161 chain of custody. It’s what a lawyer presents as documentary evidence in court, what a compliance officer files as regulatory evidence, what an investor attaches to a due diligence report. That legal traceability is what justifies the B2B model.
