How much does a Cyber Due Diligence report cost?
A single price of €390 + VAT per report (total with VAT in Spain: €471.90), on any target company regardless of size. The same complete 10-KRI report in every case. There's also a 10-report pack for €3,200 + VAT (−18%, €320 per report).
How long does it take to receive the report?
It's generated automatically once payment is confirmed and you receive it by email within minutes, along with a magic link to access your report history in the client portal with no password needed.
What does the report include?
~30 pages + a verifiable-sources annex with 10 key cyber-risk indicators (KRIs): executive exposure, leaked breaches, DNS, perimeter, reputation, sanctions, supply chain, typosquatting, shadow IT, dark web. Each KRI with a 0-100 score, concrete findings with evidence, and an actionable recommendation. It closes with a full annex of verifiable public source URLs.
Is it legal? Does it comply with GDPR?
Yes. The entire analysis is outside-in using public sources (OSINT). Legal basis: the buyer's legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — GDPR) in evaluating the deal. We do not access the target's systems. The subject of the analysis is a legal entity (a company), not sensitive personal data.
Do I need access to the target company's systems?
NO. The analysis is 100% outside-in from public sources. We don't need the seller's cooperation, credentials, or access. Ideal for pre-LOI deal screening or competitive/hostile acquisitions where the buyer has no cooperation from the target.
Is it useful for investment funds, PE or VC?
Yes. It's exactly the use case it's designed for: fast target screening before spending your team's time on a full due diligence process. Also useful for evaluating an existing portfolio or auditing acquisitions closed a while back.
How does it compare to BitSight, SecurityScorecard or Mandiant?
BitSight and SecurityScorecard are TPRM products (continuous monitoring) with annual subscriptions of €10k–€50k/year, aimed at vendor risk management teams. Mandiant does per-engagement consulting at €50k–€300k. IntelMind Cyber DD is a one-shot, self-service report for M&A with contextual narrative and legal custody, at €390 (single price). Different product, different client, two orders of magnitude more affordable.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and SEPA transfer. All available with no minimum amount. Immediate delivery with card/PayPal payment, 24-48 business hours with SEPA. Electronic invoice under Spain's Verifactu system, issued automatically.
Is there a volume discount?
Yes. There's a 10-report pack for €3,200 + VAT (−18% vs. the unit price, €320 per report), handled on a personalized basis. For firms with more than 30 targets/year, contact soporte@intelmind.io.
Do you sign an NDA before the first report?
Yes, if you ask before the first engagement. A standard mutual template is available, or reasonable adaptation to your corporate template. See the NDA template.
What if the target is very small and there's no public data?
The system tells you before charging. If the company is invisible (no website, no records, no digital presence), you'll receive a report marked "HIGH confidence · no material findings" — which is already valuable information: it means the target has no corporate digital footprint, an important data point for valuation.
What if a conflict of interest arises with a client's competitor?
We do not issue reports on an active client's direct competitors without their express consent. We apply the same ethical criteria as a traditional M&A boutique.
